We carry out a full EPC and create a professional floor plan of your property. Then we will take at least 10 high resolution photos of your property for you to use when marketing.

EPC

We carry out an inspection of your property. This is to assess the energy efficiency of the building. We take measurements, and look at the heating, lighting and insulation.

Once we have calculated the energy rating will then lodge the EPC on the central register. Once lodged we will email a copy direct to you. The certificate gives you an A to G rating along with recommendations on how to reduce the energy usage of the building.

Floor Plan

As well as the EPC we will produce a professional floor plan. This can be supplied in most formats, using industry standard floor plan software. We can also produce 3D floor plans if needed.

Photos

If you are selling your property privately and need professional photos of your property. We can produce high quality wide angle photos of any and all rooms. Including the exterior and grounds of the property.
