As we are once again in what is effectively a lockdown we all need to be aware of what we can and can’t do. The tier 4 restrictions on our area do still allow for essential services to carry on. The sale and rental of residential properties is considered essential. therefore is allowed to stay open.

So Quick EPC will remain open and continue providing our high level of service as you would expect. We will continue working in a Covid secure manner to help protect yourself and our staff. So we will still be able to carry out EPC inspections at your home. We will be wearing essential PPE as required. We will be asking members of the household to either stay outside while the inspection takes place. Or in the case of inclement weather etc we would ask that everyone stays in one room. This way we can carry out the EPC inspection in as safe socially distanced way.
